Falun Dafa practitioner, Ms. Jin Shulian, from Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province was arrested while on the road on April 16, 2002, by the Gaoping Police Substation Director Mr. Sun Baowen (located near Oil Collecting Plant), policeman Li Yunsheng, and policewoman Wang Shuhua from the Datong Station had been hiding there for three days. She was tortured until she was as thin as skin and bones. She was sent home in early August 2002, and died on August 13, 2002, at the young age 43.
