Ms. Hu Xiuying, born on June 9, 1952 [Chinese lunar calendar], lived in Zhangjia Village, Goubangzi Town, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province. She worked at Group 5, Division 2 in Goubangzi. She went to Beijing to appeal on behalf of Falun Dafa for the second time on December 20, 2000. She was arrested in Tiananmen Square and was taken to the Fenglong Hotel, where the Jinzhou City Liaison Office in Beijing is located. She was tortured to death on December 26, 2000.
