Case Description:
Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Liu Guoxing from the Jiulongpo District of Chongqing City was illegally arrested for the second time by police on October 1, 2005. After the arrest, he was taken to the Baimayi Brainwashing Center of Jiulongpo District, where he was tortured into a state of mental instability and he experienced frequent fainting episodes. On January 30, 2006, at some point after being released from the brainwashing center, Mr. Liu lost consciousness and fell into a ditch four meters deep. Sadly, he passed away on February 5, 2006.
