(Clearwisdom.net) To mark the eighth annual World Falun Dafa Day on May 13, 2007, a renowned calligrapher in China respectfully created a ZhuanShu* calligraphy scroll that was 26 meters (85 ft.) in length. The contents of the scroll consists of poems by the founder of Falun Gong.
The calligrapher's brother is a Falun Gong practitioner in China. In a letter to the Minghui/Clearwisdom website, the practitioner said, "My brother is an awakened non practitioner, he announced his withdrawal from the Chinese Communist Party a year ago. To show his gratefulness to great revered Master's compassionate and arduous salvation, he spent over a month this Spring respectfully transcribing the content of Hong Yin [a collection of Master's poems] in Zhuanti* on a long scroll, 26.75 meters in length, and carefully framed it. On the rejoicing occasion of celebrating Master's 56th birthday and the eighth annual World Falun Dafa Day, he dedicates the calligraphy piece to the Minghui/Clearwisdom website, and respectfully wishes great compassionate Master a Happy Birthday, and offers congratulations on the 15th anniversary of Falun Dafa's public introduction.
This scroll is currently kept by the practitioner brother of the calligrapher.
