(Minghui.org) At the end of December 2008, my elder cousin felt uncomfortable and went to the Second Mudanjiang Hospital for an examination. Tests showed three tumors on his liver and fatty liver. A doctor told him to go home for the New Year and come back after January 15 with 100,000 yuan for the surgery.

It was a shock to him and his family. They did not know what to do.

I visited him after hearing about this. I had clarified the facts about Falun Dafa to him many times before, but he was always evasive. His whole family had not quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its youth organizations.

“What is your plan?” I asked. “Will you have the surgery?” He said the success rate of the surgery was low unless the tumors were found at an early stage. Surgery would hasten his death, he thought. He planned to take some Chinese herbal medicine instead to prolong his life.

I said, “I told you about the power of Dafa and to withdraw from the CCP. Sincerely reciting 'Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good' is your only chance of survival now. Without suffering any pain or spending a penny, many patients in critical condition have recovered. But one must sincerely believe that Falun Dafa is good.”

Then I told him about the recovery of one of our relatives, “In 2003, my sister's aunt had advanced cervical cancer. Doctors told her that there was no cure. My sister told her to recite 'Falun Dafa is, good and Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good'.”

“She started to recite these sentences. She did not take her painkiller at noon, as she was not in pain. After a few days, she was cancer-free. She is still alive and can do house chores. Isn't this amazing?”

Upon hearing this, my brother said excitedly, “I quit the Communist Youth League and Young Pioneers. I will recite sincerely 'Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good' from today on.”

His son, daughter and granddaughter were all excited and quit the CCP organizations.

He sincerely recited the two phrases every day. After January 15, he went back to the hospital for another examination. The tests showed that his liver tumors and fatty liver had disappeared. Additionally, all health indicators suggested that he was more than 10 years younger than his actual age.
