1. [Changli County, Hebei Province] Mr. Wang Qinghua Sentenced

Mr. Wang Qinghua was sentenced to four and a half years in prison by the Funing District Court on September 17, 2026. He is appealing the verdict.

2. [Jiaohe City, Jilin Province] Ms. Ren Hongxia Faces Indictment

Ms. Ren Hongxia was arrested on September 15, 2026. The police have submitted her case to the local procuratorate.

3. [Zaoqiang County, Hebei Province] Ms. Feng Suxiang Harassed

Ms. Feng Suxiang was harassed at home on September 17, 2026. Officers from the Chengguan Police Station photographed her without her consent.

4. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Six Practitioners Face Indictment

Mr. Miao Yongli, Ms. Zhang Xiujuan, Ms. Zhang Shufen, Ms. Wang Chunfang, Ms. Jiang Yufeng, and Ms. Zhao Manru were summoned to the Guye Procuratorate on September 18, 2026. The prosecutor informed them that the police had submitted their case for prosecution.

5. [Hengshui City, Hebei Province] Ms. Qu Hongmei and Zhang Tonglian Harassed

Ms. Qu Hongmei received a phone call on September 10, 2026, ordering her to report to the Pengduxiang Police Station. She did not go. The police arrested her the next day and interrogated her at the police station for over five hours.

Zhang Tonglian, gender unknown, was also harassed at home by Guandaolixiang Police Station officers on September 10, 2026. The police tore down several paintings with Falun Gong subject matter and seized Zhang’s Falun Gong books.

6. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Tan and Ms. Liu Suying Arrested

Ms. Tan, first name unknown, and Ms. Liu Suying were arrested on September 18, 2026, by Jichanglu Police Station officers. They were released that night.

7. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Zhao Rongyue Detained

Ms. Zhao Rongyue was arrested by Changfeng police Station officers on September 2, 2026, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. The police confiscated her Falun Gong books, cell phones, computers, and other items. She is detained at the Shijiazhuang City Second Detention Center.

8. [Langfang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Chen Jianying Detained

Ms. Chen Jianying, 54, was arrested on September 16, 2026, by Jinqiao Police Station officers. They ransacked her home and seized her Falun Gong books, printouts, a picture of the founder of Falun Gong, a desktop computer, three laptops, and other items. She is being held in the Langfang City Detention Center.

9. [Changtu County, Liaoning Province] Mr. Zhang Junjia Sentenced

Mr. Zhang Junjia was arrested on September 23, 2025, by Dugongjie Police Station officers. He was first detained in the Tiexi District Detention Center, then the Dadong District Detention Center. Mr. Zhang was tried by the Dadong District Court on August 13, 2026, and sentenced to 18 months in prison. He has appealed.

10. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Yu Guirong and Her Husband Arrested

Ms. Yu Guirong and her husband were arrested at home on September 11, 2026, by officers from the Shenbei District Domestic Security Division and the Xinchengzijie Police Station. Their home was ransacked. Ms. Yu has been detained in the Shenyang City First Detention Center since September 12. Her husband was released on September 12 as he was deemed unfit for detention after a physical exam. He has been placed under residential surveillance.

11. [Cangzhou City, Hebei Province] Four Practitioners Harassed

Mr. Zhang Deqian, his wife, Ms. Liang Enfeng, and Ms. Li Conglan were harassed at their respective homes on September 15, 2026, by the manager of Songzi Township, secretary of Wangzai Village, and two police officers. The harassers ransacked the practitioners’ homes, seized Falun Gong exercises music players and other items, and video recorded the practitioners against their will.

Zhao, first name and gender unknown, was harassed at home that same day by Donglin Police Station officers.

12. [Cangzhou City, Hebei Province] Ms. Jin Yue and Ms. Li Wenjun Released on Bail

Ms. Jin Yue and Ms. Li Wenjun were arrested on September 9, 2026. They were held at the Cangzhou City Detention Center and released on bail on September 17.

13. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Wang Xianghong Harassed

Ms. Wang Xianghong was harassed on September 13, 2026, by Youyi Boulevard Police Station officers. They confiscated two Falun Gong books from her home.

Two officers returned to Ms. Wang’s home with a neighborhood committee staff member on September 15. They ransacked the place and ordered her to be recorded on video. She refused to comply.

14. [Guiyang City, Guizhou Province] Ms. He Hua Detained

Ms. He Hua was arrested in December 2025. She has been held in the Sanjiang Detention Center.

15. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Four Practitioners Detained

Ms. Kong Xiaoxiao and her sister, Ms. Kong Mimi, both in their 50s, and Ms. Lu Yuxiu were arrested on September 9, 2026. Their homes were ransacked, and they were detained for 15 days.

Ms. Huang Haiying was arrested around the same time. Her whereabouts are unknown.

Mr. Liu Hequn, 57, was arrested in August 2026 when she was distributing Falun Gong printouts. Her home was ransacked. She has been detained since.

16. [Qingyuan County, Liaoning Province] Nine Practitioners Imprisoned

Among the nine practitioners who were sentenced to prison by the Wanghua District Court on April 23, 2026, Mr. Wang Nanfang, Mr. Zhou Shuyou, and Mr. Wang Zexing were transferred from the Dashagou Detention Center to the Shenyang City Second Prison at the end of August 2026; Mr. Wang Guozhong and Mr. Liu Haitao were admitted to the Jinzhou Prison; and Ms. Huang Yuping, Ms. Lai Chunlian, Ms. Hu Fengju, and Ms. Hu Mingli were taken to the Shenyang Women’s Prison.

17. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Yuzhi Harassed

Ms. Li Yuzhi was photographed without her consent when she was making payments at the property management office on September 1, 2026. She was harassed at home and photographed again on September 18 by a community employee and a property management clerk.
