(Minghui.org) Today’s news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 5 cities or counties in 5 provinces, where at least 25 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.

1. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Mr. Zhang Sifeng Transferred to Prison Hospital Division
2. [Hefei City, Anhui Province] Authorities Held Brainwashing Sessions Targeting Falun Gong Practitioners

5. [Weihai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Zhifeng Released on Bail

1. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Mr. Zhang Sifeng Transferred to Prison Hospital Division

Mr. Zhang Sifeng is serving two years and eight months at the Fanjiatai Prison. When his family visited him recently, he told them that he “accidentally” broke his leg and was transferred to prison hospital division.

2. [Hefei City, Anhui Province] Authorities Held Brainwashing Sessions Targeting Falun Gong Practitioners

From June to October 2025, the Hefei City Political and Legal Affairs Committee ordered brainwashing sessions in Tongling City and Chizhou City to target local practitioners. While in detention, the practitioners were monitored around the clock.The city governments participated in planning the sessions.

3. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Practitioners Harassed

Over 20 practitioners have been harassed since November 2025. The officers took photos of them against their will and questioned them if they still practiced Falun Gong. Some officers stationed themselves in front of the practitioners’ apartment buildings to monitor and videotape them.

Officers from the Youyi Police Station, Yongzheng Police Station, Guangming Police Station, Guangzhong Police Station, Zhongchang Police Station, and Longwang Police Station participated in the harassment.

4. [Wei County, Hebei Province] Three Practitioners Harassed

Mr. Guo Jixin, Wang Airong, gender unknown, and Zhao Yingjie, gender unknown, were harassed by Chengguan Police Station officers around December 10, 2025.

5. [Weihai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Zhifeng Released on Bail

Ms. Wang Zhifeng was arrested on January 8, 2026, and has been released on bail on January 14.
