9. [Lufeng County, Yunnan Province] Ms. Jin Zhimei Detained

1. [Qixia City, Shandong Province] Mr. Sun Xuguang Arrested

Mr. Sun Xuguang was arrested by Sujiadian Town Police Station officers when he was talking to people about Falun Gong in Sujiadian Town on April 12, 2026. The police ransacked his home.

2. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Ma Xiulan Detained

Ms. Ma Xiulan was arrested in January 2026 and has been held in the Daqing City Detention Center.

3. [Beijing] Ms. Wu Guoqin Arrested

Ms. Wu Guoqin was arrested in early April 2026.

4. [Maoming City, Guangdong Province] Two Practitioners Arrested

Two practitioners, including one named Deng Bi, were arrested by Chencun Town Police Station officers on April 1 and 2, 2026.

5. [Yilan County, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Yu Limei Harassed

Dongcheng Community staff members went to Ms. Yu Limei’s home on April 8, 2026, and as Ms. Yu was not home, they kept knocking on the door until her husband was forced to let them in. They questioned him as to whether she still practiced Falun Gong.

6. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Fang Caixia Sentenced to Three Years and Six Months

Ms. Fang Caixia was sentenced to three years and six months in prison and fined 20,000 yuan on February 12, 2026. Her appeal was submitted to the Dalian City Intermediate Court on April 9, 2026.

7. [Fuyang City, Anhui Province] Mr. Wang Xuebin Under Residential Surveillance

Mr. Wang Xuebin, 89, was arrested in late March 2026. The police searched him, confiscated some personal belongings, and threatened to detain him for 15 days. In early April 2026, officers of the Fulin Road Police Station installed a surveillance camera right in front of his home.

8. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Qi Yunzeng and His Wife Ms. Liu Yunying Detained

Mr. Qi Yunzeng and his wife, Ms. Liu Yunying, were arrested at home by over ten officers from the Zhanqian Police Station on the evening of February 28, 2026. The police had monitored the couple for two weeks before the arrests. They ransacked the couple’s home and confiscated 61 Falun Gong books. The couple was held at the Dalian City Lockup for 15 days and released on March 15, 2026.

9. [Lufeng County, Yunnan Province] Ms. Jin Zhimei Detained

Ms. Jin Zhimei was arrested at home at around 11 p.m. on March 25, 2026, by officers from the Lufeng County Domestic Security Division and the Guandu District Domestic Security Division. She is currently being held in the Lufeng County Detention Center.
