(Minghui.org) Article submissions from practitioners in China are now being accepted for the 23rd annual China Fahui (Experience-Sharing Conference) on Minghui.org. We hope fellow practitioners in China will take the initiative to write articles and cherish the opportunity to improve in cultivation together.
The key points of each article should be clear, concrete, and genuine. An experience-sharing article on cultivation practice should focus on the author’s takeaways from a particular stage of cultivation, how one improved oneself based on understandings of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance at various levels, and the process of gaining a deeper understanding of the teachings of Falun Dafa.
As practitioners, every frustration we encounter is a test, and every conflict is a step toward consummation. Every act of kindness we perform that helps to save people owes to predestined connections across many lifetimes. With everything we do, we should discern whether we are following the path arranged by Master or falling into arrangements made by the old forces. Every bit of progress a Dafa disciple makes in cultivation is a concrete example of Dafa saving us from being led astray by atheism and modern thought and forging us into enlightened beings at various levels in the new cosmos.
Master has said that our cultivation practice is a process of letting go of notions and attachments. Living in modern society, solid cultivation has shown us that it is a process of abandoning modern thought and returning to tradition, eliminating wicked thoughts born of human notions while cultivating our Buddha-nature, and fulfilling our vows so as to realize our purpose for coming to this world. How has each of us walked this journey step by step? In the past year, five years, or all the way from the start of our cultivation, what situations have we encountered and what fundamental changes have we effected in ourselves? If this were a test, how would you, as a cultivator, respond?

Suggestions for Writing Articles
1) Please start early and do not procrastinate. Write with care and sincerity, not halfheartedly. Writing an experience-sharing article is also a process of cultivation. It takes time to calm the mind, summarize one’s journey, and reflect on one’s experiences to enable spiritual elevation. Practitioners who help type up handwritten manuscripts and edit articles for others also need time to complete the additional workload while cultivating at the same time.
2) Participants should strengthen righteous thoughts and pay attention to safety.
3) Avoid writing a mere chronological account of events or simply recounting what happened without discussing xinxing improvement.
4) Avoid using elements from Chinese Communist Party (CCP) culture, such as deception and empty, grandiose, or clichéd rhetoric. Human attachments such as showing off and the competitive mentality should also be avoided.
