(Clearwisdom.net) At 4 p.m. on November 20, 2008, police from the Mengshan 610 Office and the Mengshan Police Station in Mengyin County, Shandong Province, as well as CCP personnel from the Mengshan Administration Committee, went to the home of Mr. Zhang Xiheng in Xiaowangzhuang Village, which is under the jurisdiction of the Mengshan Administration Committee. Since no one was at home and the iron door was locked, the police went to the home of Mr. Yan Qingxiang in the same village. Mr. Yan's family members were also not at home. The police pried the wooden door open and broke into the home. They took away a computer, a printer and some paper money which had truth-clarifying words written on it. The police ransacked the home.
On the same day, the police broke into the home of Mr. Shi Yunming in Songzilin Village, which is also under the jurisdiction of the Mengshan Administration Committee. The police confiscated an MP3 player, some Dafa books and Teacher's articles. They said they were going to arrest Mr. Shi Yunming. However, they failed because Mr. Shi was not at home.
Afterwards, under the direct instructions of Lin Wei, chief of the Mengshan Police Station, instructor Qi Zhaohai led the local police to the homes of Mr. Yan Qingxiang, Mr. Zhang Xiheng and Mr. Shi Yunming to harass, threaten and monitor them.
At 3 p.m. on November 24, 2008, the Mengshan police went to Songlinzi Village to ransack the homes of Mr. Li Shengjin and Mr. Gong Fangming. Afterwards, they went to the home of Mr. Wang Guangjian in Baiquanyu. Because the iron door was locked, they failed to get in. They then went to Songlinzi Village and planned to arrest Mr. Shi Yunming. However, they again failed because Mr. Shi was not at home.
At 8 a.m. on December 20, 2008, the Mengshan police arrested Mr. Shi Yunming. At noon on that day, some villagers nearby saw that Mr. Shi was handcuffed to a pole in front of Mengshan Police Station.
