Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Feng Guizhang, who was in his 50s, lived in Pingdingshan City, Henan Province. After the persecution started in 1999, he was harassed and threatened by his employer and the neighborhood administration. He could not cultivate in a normal environment, and died in November, 2003.
