Mr. Song Bingren, 69, lived in Dongnan village, Changle Town, Weifang City, Shandong Province. He started practicing Falun Gong in April 1998 and was soon cured of his past illnesses. After July 20, 1999, the local authorities constantly harassed and threatened him. This caused him to have severe mental stress and fear constantly. Soon, he became ill and his old diseases returned. Even the hospital could not do anything to save him. He left this world on Januray 31, 2000.
