Case Description:

(Minghui.org) Ms. Zhang Yuxue was harassed at home on March 20, 2017 by officers from Tiedong Police Station. She was traumatized and died the next day. She was in her 80s.


The Yingkou City, Liaoning Province resident was blind in both of her eyes and remained bedridden for more than ten years. Her mind was still very sharp though. Before her retirement, she was a research director at Liaoning Province Fruit Tree Research Institute.


Her protege, Mr. Shen Yongbo, was her deputy director. He was sentenced to three years in prison for practicing Falun Gong. His wife divorced him and he was fired. Ms. Zhang was traumatized and had a stroke. Since then she had been ill and unable to do Falun Gong exercises. Even so, she never gave up her faith in Falun Gong. Her last words before her death was, “Falun Dafa is good!”
