(Minghui.org) Ms. Liu Huaifeng was a resident of Sanyi Village, Junan County, Shandong Province. She was held at Junan Detention Center four times and a local brainwashing center twice. She was subjected to various forms of torture during detention, and more than once she suffered hemorrhage and went into shock as a result.
She was last arrested on November 17, 2015 and soon saw her health decline in detention. She died on January 10, 2016, at the age of 48.
