Practitioner Ms. Jing Fengting, 68, lived in Yujiazhuang Village, Xishanbei Township, Yi County, Hebei Province. She went to Beijing to appeal on April 25, 1999. After the persecution began on July 20, 1999, perpetrators from the Xishanbei County government arrested and persecuted her. They continued to harass her after she returned home. She had a relapse of her old illness and passed away on April 28, 2004.
