Case Description:
(Minghui.org) Mr. Liu Xiaoming of Fushun City, Liaoning Province was arrested on March 1, 2003, and soon sentenced to 9 years in Shenyang First Prison, where he was brutally tortured. Guards beat him and forced him to do hard labor. Inmates once peed into his rice bowl. Another time, they threw him into the courtyard when the temperature was -4°F (-20°C).
He developed diabetes and tuberculosis during his imprisonment. He never recovered after his release in 2012. He died on July 3, 2017, at the age of 66.
