Ms. Huang Dengfang, 65, lived in Jiangan County, Yibin City, Sichuan Province. In July 2007, she was reported to police for promoting Falun Gong and exposing the persecution. She was arrested and taken to the Jiangan County Detention Center, where she suffered two-months-long persecution. As a result, she was unconscious and at her last gasp. She was released in September 2002, and passed away three days later.
