Case Description:
Mr. Li Zhiwen was seventy years old. He worked at the Xing'an Coal Mine at Hegang City in Heilongjiang Province. He lived at the South 23rd Building, Apt. 2, Junde Hill of Xing'an District at the Hegang City. He started to practice Falun Gong in 1996. After July 20, 1999, the local police often threatened him because he was a practitioner. He was placed under a great deal of stress and started to show symptoms of liver illness. He died in the spring of 2002.
