Case Description:
(Minghui.org) Ms. Ji Yingping, a Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province resident, was arrested three times. She was given forced labor once and later sentenced to four years in prison.
She filed a lawsuit against Jiang Zemin in June 2015. Two officers showed up at her home in August 2017, ahead of the Chinese Communist Party's 19th Congress. She was very ill at the time, and the police left without arresting her. She died on November 18, 2017. She was 61.
