Ms. Chen Baoying, seventy-one years old, was a Falun Dafa practitioner in Da'an City, Jilin Province. After July 20, 1999, she was disturbed by the police numerous times. At the beginning of October 1999, her daughter was illegally seized by the police. The old woman was frightened and worried for her daughter's safety, and she died twenty days later.
