Case Description:
Mr. Li Guofu, 61, lived in Yongchang County, Jinchang City, Gansu Province. His wife was detained in 2000 for half year. During detention, she was tortored. He suffered mental trauma and almost collapsed. Consqeuntly, his health deterioated and developed diabetes. He passed away on November 30, 2004.
