Mr. Chen Dabin was a 59-year-old Falun Dafa practitioner in Daxindian Town, Penglai City, Shandong Province. Because he refused to give up practicing Falun Gong, he was constantly harassed and threatened by the local Gusidian Police Station. He died at the end of 2001.
