Case Description:
(Minghui.org) Mr. Liu Zhongming, a resident of Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province, was repeatedly arrested by Bao Hongbin, who was head of Domestic Security Office of Bailin District Police Department between 1999 and 2017.
Under the directive of Bao, the police beat Mr. Liu and subjected him to various other forms of abuse each time he was arrested. They also threatened him to give up his belief in Falun Gong. Mr. Liu was under tremendous pressure and died. The exact time of his death remains to be investigated.
