Case Description:
Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. He Xuezhao from Chenzhou, Hunan Province was tortured by the police until he could not walk and was at the brink of death. He was released around February 2005 on medical parole. Agents from the Zixing 610 Office in Chenzhou City and from his work unit continued to harass and monitor him. He Xuezhao passed away on January 13, 2006.
