Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Yao Jingmin from Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province was 61 years old when he was sent to Division 4 at the Zaozihe Forced Labor Camp in Shaanxi Province, although the legal age limit for forced labor is 60 years. He died as a result of torture in December 2003.
