In early November 2006, Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Liu Yongchun from Wuwei City, Gansu Province was tortured to death in the Jiuquan City Prison. His family was notified on November 4, 2006. When they went to the prison, the prison administration only allowed them to see his head from a distance. They were not allowed to go near the body or view his body below the head.
