Ms. Wang Jinling, was a 53-year-old Dafa practitioner from Mancheng County, Hebei Province. On April 26, 2002, she was kidnapped by thugs from the township government while visiting her friend's home. On July 6, 2002, Wang Jinling was tortured to death at the county detention center.
