Case Description:
Dafa practitioner Lu Shenghua from Xinxiang City, Henan Province, went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong at the end of 2000, and suffered brutal torture from Beijing police. After returning home, she was arrested and taken to Xinxiang Detention Center for persecution. In May 2001, she was bailed out for medical treatment. On April 24, 2003, Lu Shenghua passed away.
