Case Description:
Practitioner Ms. Cao Guiying was a resident of Anqiu City, Shandong Province. She benefited physically and mentally from her cultivation in Falun Dafa. After the persecution started in July 20, 1999, Cao went to Beijing twice to clarify the truth and appeal on behalf of Dafa. She told people that "Falun Dafa is Good" and "'Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance' is Good." The local persecutors illegally arrested and detained her. They subjected her to brainwashing, extorted money, harassed and monitored her daily. Using a policy of implication, they threatened her family members and relatives. As a result of the persecution, Cao died on April 8, 2003.
