Case Description:
Mr. Liu Ming was residents of Danong City, Liaoning Province. He was an employee of Dandong Fiber Factory. He went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong after the persecution began on July 20, 1999. He was abducted and brought back to Dandong City on August 22, 1999. On August 23, information from Dandong Police Department indicated that he was dead. The causes of his death is yet to be determined.
