Case Description:
Dafa Practitioner Mr. Liu Zhichen of Dafangshen Town, Dehui City, Jilin Province was detained at the Yinmahe Forced Labor Camp in Jiutai City in 2002. He was released on February 6, 2003. Due to the long term persecution he suffered while in the forced labor camp, his health was in poor condition when he returned home. Still, the local police continued to harass him. As his health deteriorated, he could not be cured and died at Dehui City Hospital on September 12, 2003. He was only 32 years old.
