Case Description:
On November 5, 2003, Li Yinglin, a Falun Gong practitioner and an employee of the Sifang Rolling Stock Plant under the Ministry of Railways, went to Beijing to appeal regarding the persecution of Falun Dafa. When he was sent home on November 14, his whole body looked deformed from the beatings he received. While he was in the hospital for several days, he was vomiting and discharging blood. He sustained internal injuries from the beating, all of his toenails were broken off, a square piece of flesh was cut out of his left heel, his whole back was purple, and other areas of his body were covered in blue and purple patches. Li Yinglin finally died as a result of the severe injuries.
