Case Description:
Dafa practitioner Mr. Tian Lifu lived in Wuhan City. He was sent to the Qingling Detention Center in Wuhan City and also to the Qingling Brainwashing Center, which caused his health to drastically decline. He was illegally sentenced to four years in prison with four years of probation. The perpetrators constantly harassed him until he passed away in November 2001.
