Since 20 July 1999, some people in Mainland China have followed Jiang Zemin's orders and conducted insanely ruthless persecutions of thousands of Falun Dafa practitioners. In spite of the desperate efforts by Jiang Zemin to conceal the facts, cover up the truth, and protect his followers, more and more people are aware that, as of now, over 50 benevolent practitioners have been persecuted to death and tens of thousands of practitioners live under the threat of being arrested, detained, tortured, illegally sent to labor camps and mental hospitals, or sentenced at any time.
In order to let more people know the truth behind Jiang Zemin's persecution of Falun Gong and to more effectively stop those profit-hungry and unconscionable accomplices of evil, we are collecting information about those who have committed crimes against Falun Gong. We plan to publicize these records on overseas web sites, in newspapers, and on radio and TV stations. Followers of Jiang Zemin who persecute Falun Gong, including the central and various levels of government and police, are mainly corrupt officials. While actively participating in persecuting Falun Gong, many of these people are making preparations for themselves and their family members to some day flee China with riches in order to avoid prosecution. Once the criminal records of these people are publicized overseas, they can be sued in international courts by Falun Gong practitioners and friends of Falun Gong anywhere in the world. Refusing to appear in court will very likely make them wanted internationally and forever unable to leave China.
If people provide detailed information about those responsible for carrying out persecutions or murders, and those who are accomplices, we can lay a net of law overseas, put the perpetrators in the position of being pursued, and more effectively stop the crimes. The information we require include:

- full name of work unit
- position/rank/title
- work and home addresses
- telephone number
- a detailed description of their criminal acts
