A couple of days ago two European Parliament members from Denmark sent an appeal letter to Premier Zhu Rongji regarding Falun Gong practitioner Zhao Ming.
Mr. Bertel Haarder, European Parliament member from Denmark, is the vice-president of the Liberal Group in European Parliament. He and Ms. Ulla Sandbaek sent an appeal letter to Chinese Premier, Zhu Rongji, to ask the Chinese government to release Irish Falun Gong practitioner Zhao Ming.
Mr. Haarder and Ms. Sandbaek sent the letter directly to the address of the Chinese Premier after they signed the letter drafted by Amnesty International.
