"You are assured to be successful if you stick to it like this", an old Chinese couple said with admiration as they passed by Falun Gong practitioners.
Since October, at the Brandenburg Gate and the Memorial Church Monument, Berlin's two most wellknown tourist sites, Falun Gong practitioners have been using two-day weekends to practice Falun Gong exercises, promote Dafa and clarify the truth about Falun Gong to the public.
Several tourists from the UK expressed their respect to the practitioners, telling them: "What you are doing is right. We support you."
Though Berlin's autumn is chilly, practitioners feel especially warm in their hearts, when they see more and more people learn the truth about Falun Dafa and approach Dafa, and more and more people's righteous thoughts and consciences are awakened.
Because of increased interest during this Hongfa (Dafa promoting activity), we distributed Dafa materials quite rapidly. In the past, distributing Chinese-language Dafa materials was slow, since the Chinese people we came across in Berlin would usually not dare to take the material we tried to hand out. Chinese tourists would even avoid us and remain far away. Recently, however, not only small groups of tourists from China voluntarily asked for, or kindly accepted, the Dafa material, but even those travelers from China who came with large tour groups also showed great interest in accepting the Dafa material.
We felt very pleased, seeing the change of attitude in the Chinese tourists toward Dafa and appreciated the awakening of their conscience. Meanwhile, we deeply felt the great contribution and sacrifices practitioners in China have made for the mighty Dafa. All the suffering the persecuted practitioners in China have endured and each tribulation they have experienced makes them - and us - hope that it will contribute toward people's awakening. It is the persecuted practitioners' expectations that their testimony will help practitioners outside of China to spread Dafa and thereby assist our great Teacher. Only by abandoning any indifference to Dafa and demonstrating practitioners' great compassion and tolerance can we hope to lessen the persecuted practitioners' suffering. Let's do all we can to help them..
