Recently, several cities in the San Diego area have announced "Falun Dafa Week." On Sunday, December 10, we celebrated "Falun Dafa Week" at beautiful La Jolla Bay. We placed four Dafa display boards and the proclamations from those cities on the sidewalk near the shore, and we raised a banner reading "Falun Dafa" on the lawn facing the sea. Practitioners from various practice sites in the San Diego area and some practitioners from San Francisco and Orange County sat on the lawn. We first read the "Falun Dafa Week" proclamations from the Cities of Poway, San Marcos and Oceanside. Later we lined up and practiced the five sets of exercises.
The beautiful ocean scene, swarms of sea birds and elegant Dafa exercises attracted the attention of many people. Many people expressed their support. Four tourists stopped to watch our display boards but even before our practitioners approached them, one lady among them began to tell her three companions about the Chinese government's brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners and the peaceful appeal of Falun Gong practitioners. This lady wished us success. We realized that more and more Americans have learned the truth about Falun Gong and support it.
