Falun Gong practitioners Alicia Zhao and Alan Huang attended a memorial at the Chinese Consulate in San Francisco yesterday for Chao Xin, 32, an assistant professor at a Beijing university and a Falun Gong follower who died last week after allegedly being tortured by Chinese authorities. Both Zhao and Huang were also jailed in China but were later released with the help of the U. S. government.
