- Hu Qingyun, a Nanchang practitioner and a court official in Jiangxi province, wrote several times to government leaders telling how Falun Dafa had saved him from a fatal illness --- Leukemia. Because of having written these letters, a kindhearted honest person was expelled from the communist Party, and fired from his job. His house was also searched, and he is presently still being detained. His wife, Hu Rong, is a policewoman from Jiangxi province and also a Falun Dafa practitioner. She is also being detained because she went to Beijing to appeal for her husbands release.
- Practitioner Xiao Yuanguang (a teacher from Nanchang Forest School), who was a Falun Gong assistant in Nanchang, was detained along with Xu Wenjun and Chen Jian for ten months because they hosted practitioners in Beijing. Xu Wenjun was freed after ten days of hunger strike and much effort from his relatives. However, he is still under house arrest.
- Practitioners Deng Yonghui and Wang Xin have been sentenced to two years of forced labor for holding an experience-sharing meeting with other practitioners. Deng Yonghuis wife, Min Lingling, was arrested at home without reason and was detained for fifteen days.

- Nanchang practitioners Cheng Xiaojuan, Cheng Xiaoyang and Zhou Meixiang were sent to the mental hospital, and given forced injections of medicine that harms the central nervous system. They were released after two months" treatment". Their bodies have been damaged seriously. Their limbs are rigid and cannot bend. Their bodies are stiff when they walk. Their eyesight is blurry. They cannot recognize people, and cannot recognize even the largest words. They have become abnormal, and made to look like a fool of a man. IS THIS WHAT THE POLICE STATION MEANS BY "BRAIN WASHING" DAFA PRACTITIONERS?
From July last year to May this year, there were all together fourteen practitioners detained in the detention center of Jinxian County. Among them, one is male; others are female. Here is the list:

At present, four practitioners have been on a hunger strike in Jinxian County's Detention Center for eight days. Zou Liumei has lost her consciousness and fell. Zou Siying (55 years old) is now in critical condition.
Wu Chunling, a 32-year-old female, was a patient with carcinoma of the blood vessels. The treatment she received at Shanghai was ineffective. Her physical condition was changed completely after practicing Falun Gong. She was sentenced one year in a labor camp because she went to Beijing to appeal this January.
Zhao Yuanying, a prisoner in the same cell, was moved by the boundlessness and profundity of Dafa (the Great Law) after communicating with practitioners, and insisted on practicing Falun Dafa in jail. Prison officers handcuffed her hands and feet together and threatened her by saying " I will detain you in the forbidden room if you practice more." She answered " I will practice even I am beaten to death." She also said:" I would not have been put into jail if I obtained the Fa earlier, as I would not have done wrong deeds."
This mother and daughter are suffering serious violations of their human rights due to cultivating Dafa:
Song Tao, a practitioner from Jinxian County, was detained for 38 days and fined 200 Yuan (about one-week salary) for appealing in Beijing for the first time. But on the police report, it reads: "fined for disturbing the order of society". It did not mention the detention whatsoever. The second time she was detained for 15 days in her work unit without cause. Their excuse was " disturbing social order". It is simply ridiculous! The third time, Song Tao was detained for 37 days, and the police report again read:" This person was fined for disturbing social order". Actually, she was not fined. They just detained her for no reason. During this period, her home was searched twice, and had been under surveillance 24 hours a day after her release. She had no alternative but to go to Beijing the second time to hold a Falun Dafa banner. She was then sentenced to two years of forced labor. Otherwise, she was not allowed to go out.
Her mother, Zhu Qiuhui (61 years old), was forced to go to Beijing to appeal because she had been followed by someone and had no personal freedom. She was detained for 41 days. Later on, she was detained for anther 7 days for appealing for her daughters release. She is still being followed wherever she goes.
