Facts of the Persecution

1. In July 2000 I went to Beijing to validate Dafa. I was brutally beaten by the police and was illegally detained. I protested by conducting a hunger strike and was force-fed with tubes into my stomach. As a result I spit out blood violently. In August 2001 I was locked up at the police station for putting up Falun Gong slogans. I was brutally tortured there and was sentenced to 2 years of forced labor education. While I was detained at the Shijiazhuang Labor Camp in Hebei Province, I was not allowed to sleep. They forced me to give up cultivation. In November 2002 I was transferred to Baoding Labor Camp in Hebei Province where I was brutally and intensively persecuted. I was not allowed to sleep, forced to stand day and night, and was shocked with an electric baton. I protested by going on a hunger strike. I was subjected to an intravenous infusion and force-feeding. With the tube in my stomach my whole body was numb and I seriously shivered and had great difficulty in breathing. Many times I almost lost consciousness.

2. The hardships of a university student in Tan City, Shandong Province: On the night of July 22 my brother and I went to Beijing and were arrested by the Public Security. We were sent back to a local detention center to be persecuted and were released only after my family was forced to hand over 2,000 Yuan for each of us. My family is poor, and we had to hand over the only money for my father's medical expense (My father was in the advanced stage of a liver disease). Later I was arrested again for transporting Dafa materials. I suffered from brutal tortures. The vicious police once burned my hands with fire. Part of my second finger on my right hand was severely burned. After I went home the vicious people kept harassing me. I was forced to leave home and wander about.

3. I went to Beijing three times to legally appeal for Falun Gong. Each time I was brought back by the city's public security bureau and sent to a detention center. I was illegally sentenced to three years of forced labor education. During the labor education the police subjected me to excruciating torture four times. I was not allowed to sleep. In May 2002 I broke out from the evil's den righteously. After I came back my work unit did not resume my regular job, instead they asked me to work as a dustman and only gave me the benefits of a temporary worker.
