Four Practitioners Die as a Result of Persecution in Hunan, Liaoning, Heilongjiang and Hebei Provinces

(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Zhang Ping, 60, was a retired employee of Changde City Cotton Textile Factory in Hunan Province. On October 25, 2000, she went to Beijing to appeal and clarify the truth, and was arrested on Tiananmen Square. She was picked up by local police, detained in Deshan Detention Center for 24 days, and had 3,000 yuan extorted from her. She was closely monitored, threatened, and her home was ransacked. Her husband (also a practitioner) has been detained four times, and is now serving a three year term in Jin City Prison. After December 2005, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials kept coming to her door to harass her, hiding nearby day and night, and causing her liver and gallbladder disease to worsen. She died on July 4, 2006.

An Account of the Persecution I Suffered at the Baoquanling Public Security Bureau and the Jiamusi Forced Labor Camp

(Clearwisdom.net) I am Zheng Guangzhen, a Dafa disciple from Jiamusi City. Before I began cultivation, I had to take drugs and medication every day. However, after learning Falun Gong in late 1998, I bade goodbye to these drugs once and for all. My family became harmonious and I was spiritually cleansed and enlightened.
