Australia Broadcasting Station Reports that CIPFG Australia Delegation Requests to Enter China and Investigate CCP’s Live Organ Removal

(Clearwisdom.net) On November 27, 2006, Australia Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) interviewed Peter Westmore, leader of Victoria CIPFG Team and president of the National Civic Council. Mr. Westmore said that the team wanted to conduct an unrestricted investigation in China about the issue of organ removal from living Falun Gong practitioners. David Matas, international human rights lawyer, and David Kilgour, former Secretary of State (Asia-Pacific) for Canada formed an independent investigation team and released their report to media on July 6, 2006, "Report into Allegations of Organ Harvesting of Falun Gong Practitioners in China." The report pointed out, "Based on what we now know, we have come to the regrettable conclusion that the allegations are true. We believe that there has been and continues today to be large scale organ seizures from unwilling Falun Gong practitioners."

CIPFG Australia Delegation Writes to Chinese Consulate-General of Sydney about Going to China to Investigate Organ Harvesting of Falun Gong Practitioners

(Clearwisdom.net) On November 27, 2006, Phil Glendenning, Leader of Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong in China (CIPFG) Australia Delegation wrote to Chinese Consulate-General of Sydney to express concern on the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) live organ harvesting. He pointed out in the letter, "We believe for the Chinese government to be exonerated from these serious allegations, the only way is to allow unfettered inspections and investigations by independent investigators from the international community to detention facilities and hospitals of their own choosing." He also requested for a meeting with the Consulate-General to discuss and arrange details for the trip to China.

Austria: MPs Concerned with CCP Crime of Live Organ Harvesting (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) Former Canadian Secretary of State (Asia Pacific) David Kilgour held a press conference in Austria under invitation of IGFM (International Society for Human Rights) in Austria on November 21, 2006. After the conference, Mr. Kilgour met with Austrian politicians regarding the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) crime of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners. On November 29, members of Social Democratic Party and members of Parliament (MP) Ms. Petra Bayr and Ms. Elisabeth Hlavac filed an inquiry letter to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of Health and requested a reply regarding the CCP crime of organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners.
