Chicago, U.S.A.: Falun Gong Participates in Thanksgiving Parade (Photos/Video)
(Clearwisdom.net) The 74th Chicago Thanksgiving Parade was held on State Street, November 22, 2007. Falun Gong practitioners were again invited to perform in the parade. WGN 9 broadcast the parade live. About one million families watched it on TV. The parade host introduced Falun Gong to the audience and thanked practitioners for bringing beautiful and pure Chinese culture to the parade.
Tokyo, Japan: Supporting the 29 Million Who Have Quit the Chinese Communist Party (Photos)
(Clearwisdom.net) On Sunday, November 18, 2007, people from all walks of life gathered in Tokyo to attend a rally and parade to support the 29 million brave Chinese people who have quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organizations. Tokyo council members Takayuki Tsutiya and Koitiro Yoshida spoke at the rally and joined the parade. The parade caught the attention of a lot of passersby and they took truth-clarification fliers about the persecution of Falun Gong in China.
Montreal, Canada: The Divine Land Marching Band Performs at Christmas Parade (Photos)
(Clearwisdom.net) The Montreal Divine Land Marching Band, which was formed two months ago, participated in the Christmas Parade in Montreal on November 17. The band, consisting 120 Falun Gong practitioners, was one of the biggest entries in the parade.
