1. [Sanshui City, Guangdong Province] Mr. Hu Yuanhuan's Life Is in Peril in the Sanshui City Forced Labor Camp

About a dozen policemen arrived in a few police cars and arrested Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Hu Yuanhuan. They put him into the Taishan City Detention Center on March 14, 2007. He was then transferred to the Sanshui City Forced Labor Camp's No. 3 Team. Mr. Hu has been staging a persecution-protest hunger strike since his arrest. Police are still torturing him at a hospital in Sanshui City. His life is now in peril.

3. [Feicheng City, Shandong Province] Personnel from the City's 610 Office Attempt to Persecute Practitioner Couple Zhang Xumin and Liu Qian

Zhang Qin from the Feicheng City 610 Office headed up more than 30 policemen. They included a dozen firefighters and personnel from the Feicheng City Land & Resources Bureau and from the Feicheng City Experimental Primary School. They went to practitioner Mr. Zhang Xumin's home at 12:40 p.m. on April 20, 2007. They also dispatched a crane and a fire engine. They attempted to smash Zhang Xumin's security door. More than a hundred people surrounded the place to watch. Mr. Zhang took the opportunity to relate the truth of Falun Dafa to people. A lot of people got to know the facts. People condemned the police, and as a result the policemen had to leave at 5:00 p.m.

4. [Jiaohe City, Jilin Province] Mr. Wu Dexiu and Other Practitioners Persecuted

Practitioner Mr. Wu Dexiu from Jiaohe City was held at the Yinmahe Forced Labor Camp in Jiutai City. While there he was forced to take off his clothes. He was also put into a metal cage that stood in an open walkway with the ice-cold wind blowing through. They did this to him merely because he refused to cooperate. This savage treatment resulted in him contacting gangrene in two of his toes. In addition, they hung him up, with his four limbs tied with ropes.

Four practitioners--Ms. Dai Yuzhu, Ms. Sun Mingying, Ms. Cao Shumei, and Ms. Zhang Shuzhi--were arrested on August 25, 2006. This was the outcome of Li Xiaofei, the Chang'an Road Residential Committee chief in Jiaohe City, repeatedly reporting them to the police.

After someone reported practitioner Ms. Ding Yubin to the police, certain officers from the Minzhu Road Police Precinct in Jiaohe City duped the 48-year-old practitioner. She opened the door for them when they claimed to be collecting a water usage fee at 9:00 a.m. on April 10, 2007. Five or six policemen broke into her home. Two of them were wearing plainclothes. They took her to the police station. The police returned twice to search the place and confiscated some Dafa materials. Ms. Ding was put into the Jiaohe City Detention Center that same afternoon. Policemen who participated in the arrest were: Li Yunqing; Gao Bo; Zhao Renwei from the Hongxing Community, Minzhu Road; and Li Xinyu, cellphone number: 86-13904449490.

5. [Panshi County, Jilin Province] Persecution of Several Practitioners

Several practitioners from Panshi County were recently arrested. They were: Ms. Cao Yumin, Ms. Cao Guixiang, Ms. Wu Shuqin, Ms. Zhang Chunhua, Ms. Jiang Dianhe, Ms. Wang Huali, Ms. Zhang Jinfeng, Ms. Wang Jilian, and Ms. Qi Fengqin.

Eleven practitioners from the county were arrested during the 2006 Chinese Communist Party Conferences. Personnel from the Panshi City Police Department went to practitioner Ms. Cao Guixiang's workplace at the Panshi City Hospital and arrested her. A gang of policemen broke into practitioner Ms. Cao Yujie's home and confiscated some Dafa books and truth-clarifying materials.

Policemen from the county attempt to harass practitioner Ms. Cao Yumin at her home two days prior to her arrest, but she refused to open the door. Policemen cut her power line and then pretended to be workers to check up on her home's electricity. When she opened the door, the police broke in, ransacked the place, and confiscated a computer, a printer and some other items. Ms. Cao was secretly sentenced to four years of imprisonment, to be served in Changchun City Heizuizi Women's Prison.

6. [Antu County, Jilin Province] Four Practitioners Held at the Antu County Detention Center

Several practitioners from the Erdao Baihe District in Antu County were arrested at 5:15 p.m. on April 25, 2007. They were three sisters--Ms. Zhu Yazhen, Ms. Zhu Yaxian, and Ms. Zhu Yaping--and Mr. Li Leyou. Practitioner Ms. Ma Weichu, who had close contact with the three sisters, ventured out in the morning and has not yet returned. Policemen first ransacked Ms. Ma's home and then the four other practitioners' homes. They confiscated two laptop computers, a printer, two satellite dishes for receiving New Tang Dynasty TV station programs, several boxes of paper, a few cellphones, some Dafa books, and truth-clarifying materials. These practitioners are presently being held at the county's detention center in Jilin Province.

Personnel from the county's National Security Division arrested practitioner Mr. Li Leyou from his home on April 20, 2007. They confiscated his computer, a printer, and some other equipment that was used to make truth-clarifying materials.

7. [Heilongjiang Province] Practitioners Ms. Zhao Shukun and Ms. Chen Qi Held at the Shuangcheng City Detention Center

Practitioner Ms. Zhao Shukun lived in the Liminyuan Residential Area in Daqing City. She moved to Wujia Town in Shuangcheng City on April 20, 2007. Personnel from the 610 Offices and National Security Divisions in Daqing City and Shuangcheng City arrested her and practitioner Ms. Chen Qi at Ms. Chen's home in the residential area of the Wujia Town Middle School. The two practitioners are presently being held at the Shuangcheng City Detention Center.

8. [Yilan County, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Mr. Yan Jiguo Arrested

Yilan County Court agents sentenced practitioners Mr. Gong Fengqiang, Mr. Sun Ren and Mr. Ma Honggang at 8:00 p.m. on April 20, 2007. These three practitioners had been held for more than four months in a prison. When police escorted them from the court, practitioner Mr. Yan Jiguo, sitting in a taxi, took a photograph of them. Unfortunately, plainclothes policemen arrested him and the taxi drivers, Mr. Chen Tiefeng and Mr. Sun Lei.

9. [Jilin Province] A Guard Brutally Beats Practitioner Mr. Yang Mingjiu

Mr. Yang Mingjiu is presently being held at the Weizigou Forced Labor Camp. He has heart disease and refuses to do forced labor, but guard Li Baoguo beat him ruthlessly.

10. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Practitioners Ms. Wang Riqing and Ms. Li Yue Arrested

Ms. Wang Riqing and Ms. Li Yue from the Jinzhou District in Dalian City posted Falun Gong truth-clarifying materials at the district's Zhanqian Police Station in April 2007. The police illegally arrested them and kept the police station for three days. It is heard that the two practitioners have been sent to the Dalian City Drug Rehabilitation Center.

11. [Qitaihe City, Heilongjiang Province] A Few Practitioners Arrested

Personnel from the Heilongjiang Province Police Department colluded with officers from the Boli County Xinqi Police Station, the Yuanming Police Station, and also from the county's National Security Division. They went to practitioner Ms. Gao Shuhua's home. They climbed over the yard wall and broke in at 3:20 p.m. on April 17, 2007. They arrested practitioners Ms. Gao and Mr. Bian Jing. They also confiscated a computer, a printer, some personal belongs, some copies of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and some Falun Gong materials.

Police broke into practitioner Mr. Bian Jing's home and arrested the practitioner's father, Mr. Bian Baoli, at 4:00 p.m. that same day. They confiscated some Falun Gong materials and some valuable personal belongings.

More than ten policemen arrested practitioner Ms. Li Shuqin and confiscated her bank deposit certificate, a computer, some decorative items worth over 1,000 yuan and an MP3 player.

12. [Tonghua City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Mr. Xu Qingshan Facing Illegal Trial

Wudaojiang Town head Yang Tongchun in Tonghua City colluded with the town's police department chief Liu Yongda. They ransacked practitioner Mr. Xu Qingshan's home at 7:00 p.m. on January 12, 2007. They also arrested Mr. Xu and his wife although the couple had not eaten dinner after a whole day's farm work. Mr. Xu's wife had an onset of heart disease. Fearful of being held responsible, the police sent Mr. Xu's wife back home at 11:00 p.m., but they took the opportunity to search the home again. They sent Mr. Xue to the Tonghua City Changliu Detention Center without notifying any of his relatives. Mr. Xu has been held there for three months so far.

Erdaojiang Court agent notified Mr. Xu's family that they would hold a trial for him on April 25, 2007.

13. [Panjin City, Liaoning Province] Updated Information on Practitioners Ms. Guo Bo, Mr. Liu Wanxiang, Ms. Liu Yulan and Ms. Zhang Kun

National Security Team deputy chief Fu Zhenguo from the Dawa County Police Department in Panjin City led several officers to collude with personnel from the city's National Security Division. They arrested practitioner Mr. Liu Wanxiang, in his fifties; Ms. Liu Yulan, 50 years old; Ms. Zhang Kun, 50 years old; and Ms. Guo Bo in front of a crowd of people on March 24, 2007, though the police did not show any warrant. They also arrested practitioner Ms. Guo Bo's non-practitioner husband, Mr. Cong Lin. They put all these people in the Dawa County Detention Center.

It is reported that Ms. Guo Bo is presently being held at the Panjin City Detention Center. Mr. Cong Lin was released after being fined 5,000 yuan.

Officer Fu Zhenguo from the county's National Security Team extorted 1,360 yuan from Zhang Kun's son. The officer lied, saying the police would release Ms. Zhang if they received a 1,000 yuan fine and 360 yuan for "accommodations." However, after they got the money they sent Ms. Zhang Kun to the Fushun City Brainwashing Center.

Ms. Zhang Kun's practitioner husband, Mr. Ji, chose to live in exile to avoid illegal arrest.

Mr. Liu Wanxiang, Ms. Liu Yulan, and Ms. Zhang Kun are presently being held at the Fushun City Luotaishanzhuang Brainwashing Center.

14. [Panjin City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Mr. Li Youming Sentenced to Four Years of Imprisonment

Mr. Li Youming was arrested in July 2006 and held at the Panjin City Detention Center. It is heard that Shuangtaizi District Court agents have sentenced him to four years of imprisonment to be served in Jinzhou City's Nanshan Prison.

15. [Liaoning Province] Practitioner Ms. Yao Aili Is Being Held at the Anshan City No. 1 Detention Center

16. [Benxi City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Ms. Yu Lixin Sent to the Beitai Detention Center

Eight or nine policemen from the Mingshan Police Station pried open the door to the home of practitioner Ms. Yu Lixin, an English teacher of the Benxi City No.16 Middle School. It happened at 2:00 a.m. on April 21, 2007. They ransacked her home and confiscated a computer, her husband's cellphone, and other items. They even attempted to take her non-practitioner husband away, but failed. Ms. Yu was sent to the Beitai City Detention Center.

17. [Jilin Province] Personnel from the Gongzhuling City Prison Are Persecuting Practitioners

According to family members of practitioner Mr. Teng Weiqiang who is being held at the Gongzhuling City Prison, personnel from the prison monitored practitioners closely around the clock. Someone passed some of Master's writings into the prison last year. Wardens put Mr. Teng into a small compartment for two weeks and forbade all visits to practitioners.

18. [Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province] Persecution of Practitioner Ms. Wu Xingfei

Policemen arrested practitioner Ms. Wu Xinfei and took her to the Qinhuangdao City Public Transportation Police Department in May 2001. Li Fengyi and other police officers interrogated and tortured her for a few days and then sent her into the city's No. 1 Detention Center. She was bruised all over. According to a detainee, two prisoners carried Ms. Wu back to cell as she could not walk. She had no appetite for several days. She could not lie down and had to sit up to sleep every night for a long time due to the excruciating pain. She sometimes could not sleep at all. Policeman Li Fengyi, however, still took her out to interrogate and torture her.

Later on, Ms. Wu Xingfei was sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment. She is presently being held in the Hebei Province Women's Prison.

19. [Guixi City, Jiangxi Province] Ms. Peng Ying Held in a Detention Center
Police from Guixi City arrested practitioner Ms. Peng Ying the morning of April 21, 2007. They also ransacked her home. She is still being held at a detention center.

Gan Huosheng, Guixi City Police Department deputy chief, led several policemen and arrested Ms. Peng from her home in July 2002. They covered her head with clothes and took her to an unknown place. They beat and kicked her ruthlessly and then put her into a detention center.

21. [Miyi County, Sichuan Province] Arrest of Practitioners Ms. Feng Juan and Ms. He Guangrong

Ms. Feng Juan was reported when she was clarifying the truth and delivering truth-clarifying materials while at work at the Binggu Liantong Business Hall in Miyi City. Miyi National Security Team chief Yang Zihua, Binggu Police Precinct political head Wu Jiangang, Binggu Town deputy head Zhong Wenwu, and the county's Political and Judiciary Committee's 610 Office chief Wang Yongxiang arrested Ms. Feng at about 8:00 a.m. on April 10, 2007. When the police vehicle left the company's gate, they saw practitioner Ms. He Guangrong walking in. Zhong Wenwu in the car, who has actively participated in persecuting Falun Gong since 1999 recognized Ms. He and put her into the police vehicle, too. The two practitioners are presently being held at the Miyi County Detention Center.

22. [Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province] Practitioner Ms. Li Guanqun Was Followed and Then Arrested

The whereabouts of practitioner Ms. Li Guanqun from the Shekou District, Shenzhen City, is unknown after she was followed and arrested on April 20, 2007. Police ransacked her home and confiscated her computer, an MP3 player, some truth-clarifying CDs, and materials.

23. [Suining City, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Ms. Jiang Xiurong Arrested

Ms. Jiang Xiurong works at the travel department of Suining City Administration Service Center. Personnel from the Suining City Police Department and from the National Security Bureau forcibly took Ms. Jiang Xiurong away from her workplace at 10:00 a.m. on April 19, 2007. Later on, more than ten personnel ransacked her home with a blank search certificate. They confiscated a computer and some Dafa books.

It was heard that she is presently being held at a custody center near the city's Beigu Advanced Experiment Center. Another practitioner was arrested that same day and is also being held there.

24. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Practitioners Mr. Wang He and Mr. Qiao Guangqing Arrested

Mr. Wang He, in his thirties, is a teacher at Guangzhou's Jinan University. Local 610 Office personnel arrested him and sentenced him to two years of forced labor. He is presently being held at the Chini Forced Labor Camp. Prior to this arrest he had been held at a forced labor camp for three years and was released last October.

Mr. Qiao Guangqing, in his forties, is a government official in the Huadu District Government in Guangzhou City. Local 610 Office personnel arrested him. He is presently being held at the Huadu Detention Center.

25. [Baise City, Guangxi Province] Practitioner Ms. Yu Pinhui Arrested

Practitioner Ms. Yu Pinhui, 40 years old, is an employee of the Xilin County Materials Company in Baise City. Policemen Liang Shaolie, Xiao Huaiqing, and Li Rongfu from the Xilin County National Security Team ransacked her home and arrested her the night of April 16, 2007. She is presently being held at a detention center.
