Los Angeles, California: Falun Gong Practitioners Hold Candlelight Vigil Calling for an End to the Persecution (Photo)

(Clearwisdom.net) July 20, 2007, will mark the eighth anniversary of the beginning of Falun Gong practitioners' anti-persecution efforts. Two days before, practitioners from Los Angeles held a candlelight vigil in front of the Chinese Consulate in memory of fellow practitioners who were persecuted to death and called for an end to the persecution.

Booths and displays were set up in front of the busiest student activity center to introduce the movement to quit the Communist Party in China and to expose the CCP's persecution of innocent Chinese, especially Falun Gong practitioners. The activities became the focus of attention on campus.

Russia: Practitioners in St. Petersburg Have Protested the Persecution at the Chinese Consulate for Three Years (photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) On July 7, 2007, as usual, a Falun Gong practitioner with a banner both in Chinese and Russian in his hands stood in front of the Chinese Consulate in St. Petersburg. A number of practitioners stood on the opposite bank of the canal, protesting the eight-year-long persecution of Falun Gong by the CCP.
