FLUSHING, New York City--Queens Criminal Court indicted mobster Ngan T. Yung with criminal mischief on July 28. Yung pleaded guilty and was fined to compensate property damage to the victim, vice editor-in-chief of The Epoch Times, also a Falun Gong practitioner, Mr. Pan Hongyi.
