Tumuji Forced Labor Camp Celebrates 50th Anniversary by Torturing Falun Gong Practitioners
(Clearwisdom.net) The authorities at the Tumuji Forced Labor Camp celebrated the camp's fiftieth anniversary on June 29, 2009. They invited many personnel from other units to visit. During the celebration, the guards from this labor camp brutally tortured Falun Gong practitioners.
Ms. Yuan Shuzhe Barbarically Persecuted in Masanjia Forced Labor Camp
(Clearwisdom.net) In the afternoon on March 31, 2005, two unemployed men who had been hired temporarily by the 12th Road Police Station in Tiexi District Shenyang City and several plainclothes policemen took Ms. Yuan Shuzhe, a Falun Gong practitioner who had been detained in the Shenyang City Detention City for forty days, to Masanjia Forced Labor Camp. The police instigated one of the unemployed men into pushing Ms. Yuan to the ground. She shouted, "Falun Dafa is good!" and "Stop the persecution of Falun Gong!" He stuffed a dirty sock into her mouth and stomped on her head.
Practitioners Arrested for Helping an Elderly Heart Patient
(Clearwisdom.net) Mr. Fan is a 74-year-old retiree who lives on Zhuangyuan Street in Xindu District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province. One night in June 2009, he began experiencing severe chest pains, which became even worse the following day. He felt as if something were pressing against his chest, and the pains became even more severe when he coughed. He had a low-grade fever for more than ten days, and his feet swelled to the point that he was unable to walk normally. Since he was not able to take care of himself, he was hospitalized.
