(Clearwisdom.net) A CCP Secretary in Shandong Province Railway System Receives Retribution
Chen Jinghe is a Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Secretary in the Shandong Province Railway System. On July 20, 1999 he actively cooperated with the "610 Office" to force Falun Gong practitioners in his workplace to give up their belief. When the practitioners did not give up their belief, they arrested them. These people also instigated others to go to the practitioners' homes to secretly monitor them. He was afraid that if he was unable to arrest practitioners, he would lose his high-ranking position. As a result, the practitioners were forced to be homeless for a long period of time to avoid persecution.
In 2005 this person retired, and then karmic retributions for his evil deeds came one after another. A new motorcycle was stolen a few days after he bought it. He felt very frustrated, his heart disease recurred, and he died within a year. We do not hope to see retribution. We really hope people can be compassionate to practitioners for their and their family's happiness and safety.
Zhang Zhencai from Xiaocunying, Hebei Province Also Received Retribution
Zhang Zhenfu is from Xiaocunying Group in Xiaocun Village (in Dingxing County, Hebei Province). Since July 20, 1999, he has closely followed Jiang's regime to persecute Falun Gong practitioners. His younger brother, Zhang Zhencai, together with personnel from the Dingxing County 610 Office and Xiaocun Village, arrested practitioner Ms. Nie Tianying (her mother-in-law was in her 80s) and Ms. Zhang Shufang (her daughter-in-law was about to give birth). Since the time of the Olympics, they have been detained at the Shijiangzhuang Forced Labor Camp. Zhang Zhencai received retribution, developing a mental illness.
