(Clearwisdom.net) Today's News from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 10 cities or counties in 7 provinces. In this report, 7 practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention and at least 9 practitioners were illegally arrested.
1. [Fuxin City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Huo Yanhong Sent to a Forced Labor Camp
On August 22, 2010, Ms. Huo Yanhong was reported to police while she was talking to people about Falun Gong near the First Railroad Residential Area. She was taken to the Xindi Detention Center. On September 12 , 2010, she was sent to the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province to serve a one-year term.

2. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Liu Sulan and Ms. Wang Min Persecuted
Ms. Liu Sulan and Ms. Wang Min from Shenbeixin District, Shenyang were taken away by officers from the Shenbeixin Police Department on the night of September 29, 2010. Ms. Liu was sent to the Zhaohua Detention Center while Ms. Wang was detained in the Prison Administration Hospital.
3. [Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Ling Jun Taken Away
Ms. Ling Jun from Pukou District, Nanjing was reported to police, and on the afternoon of September 27, 2010, was taken away by the Pukou police while on her way to work. Her home was ransacked and the police confiscated her Falun Dafa books and computer. Currently, she is being detained in the Nanjing Detention Center.

4. [Hefei City, Anhui Province] Ms. Wu Yuedi Taken Away
Ms. Wu Yuedi from Hefei had been homeless and destitute for nine years in order to avoid being arrested at home. On the night of September 27, 2010, she was taken away by agents from the Hefei 610 Office. Her whereabouts are currently unknown.
5. [Gaomi City, Shandong Province] Mr. Wang Chuanzen Arrested
On the afternoon of September 12, 2010, Mr. Wang Chuanzen was reported to police while talking to people about Falun Gong. He was arrested by officers from the Nanguan Police Station in Gaomi City. At the police station, policewoman Zhao Juan forcibly body searched him and handcuffed his hands behind his back. He was tortured for the entire night, and subsequently sent to the Gaomi Detention Center. However, the detention center refused to accept him. On September 13, 2010, Mr. Wang was sent home.

6. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Qin Yingjie Detained in the Weifang Detention Center
Ms. Qin Yingjie was taken away by police from Gaoxin District, Weifang on the afternoon of September 25, 2010. She is being detained in the Weifang Detention Center.
7. [Miyi County, Sichuan Province] Ms. Zhang Kaiqiong and Mr. Zhang Xianhui Persecuted
On about September 19, 2010, Ms. Zhang Kaiqiong from Binggu Town was taken away from her home. On or about September 27, 2010, Mr. Zhang Xianhui from Yakou Town was taken away from his home, and on that day he was sent to the Shuanggou Detention Center.
8. [Gong County, Sichuan Province] Ms. Du Xiangfen and Ms. Zheng Huafen Sentenced
Ms. Du Xiangfen, 72, and Ms. Zheng Huafen (about 60 years old) were taken away from their homes on the afternoon of September 30, 2009, by a group of policemen led by Ma Shaoyong from the Domestic Security Team of Gong County Police Department. The police also took away Falun Gong materials, computers, printers and other property. The two practitioners are being detained in the Gong County Detention Center and the Gaoxian Detention Center, respectively.
In late May 2010, Ms. Du Xiangfen was sentenced to four years in prison and Ms. Zheng Huafen, five years. In late July 2010, they were sent to the Sichuan Women's Prison in Yangma Town.

9. [Yibin City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Yuan Guangli Taken Away
About a dozen people from the Nanan Community Police Station and the Nancheng Neighborhood Office in Yibin City went to the home of Mr. Yuan Guangli at 9:00 a.m. on August 19, 2010, and took him away by deceitful means.
10. [Kunming City, Yunnan Province] Ms. Li Qiongfang and Mr. Han Jingqi Arrested
On August 27, 2010, Ms. Li Qiongfang and Mr. Han Jingqi were arrested and taken away by the Guandu police. Their homes were ransacked. The two practitioners are being detained in the Guandu Detention Center.
11. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Huang Xinli Sent to a Brainwashing Center
Ms. Huang Xinli from Wanren Residential Area, Wuhou District, Chengdu was sent to a brainwashing center in late September 2010.
12. [Fuzhou City, Fujian Province] Mr. Wang Yongjin Arrested
On August 31, 2010, Mr. Wang Yongjin was arrested. His whereabouts are currently unknown.
Zhang Yutian, deputy Party secretary of the Jinzhou Community in Cangshan District, Fuzhou, led plainclothes police to the home of Mr. Wang Yongjin and ransacked it. They confiscated his computer, printer and other property.

13. [Miyi County, Sichuan Province] Ms. Liu Tianyun Taken Away
Ms. Liu Tianyun (in her fifties) from Panlian Town, Miyi, was taken away from her home on September 28, 2010, by Li Xuesong, Xu Xing and Zhou Lin from the Miyi Domestic Security Team. Her home was also ransacked. Ms. Liu was sent to the Shuanggou Detention Center in Miyi.
