Falun Gong Practitioners’ Human Rights Activities Receive Attention on World Human Rights Day

(Clearwisdom.net) December 10th was World Human Rights Day. The Taiwan Legislature officially passed a resolution entitled “Denying Entry of Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Officials Committing International Crimes” on this day. This is a continuation of previously passed resolutions which were proposed in Kaohsiung, Zhanghua, Miaoli, Hualian, Yunlin, and Jiayi Counties. These resolutions state “Taiwan does not welcome, support, or invite CCP officials who have committed international human rights crimes.”

It helped people improve their mental and physical fitness, and many benefited from the practice. Now there are about 700,000 people from all walks of life practicing Falun Dafa in Taiwan.

Ms. Yang Jie Tortured Brutally for Ten Years (Part 1)

(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Yang Jie, 40, from Zhongwei City, Ningxia Autonomous Region, was employed at a life insurance company in Zhongwei. She began practicing Falun Gong in 1997. Since the onset of the persecution of Falun Gong by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), Ms. Yang was imprisoned in the Ningxia Women's Forced Labor Camp and the Ningxia Women's Prison more often than not. She was tortured and fired for practicing Falun Gong twice.
